Performance Results: 2000 Nissan GU Patrol LS2 Manual Conversion

James brought in the Patrol to the shop having already converted with the big v8 LS2. After driving it around for a while he realised the fuel economy was a lot worse then it should be – coming in at around 25L per 100km with no weight and standard size tyres.
After some data logging and checking out the tune that was on the ecu it became very clear why his economy was the way it was – after fixing some knock sensor issues and re-calibrating the air flow tables we were able to return economy to a nice 18L – 100km with power to spare.
